Basic Computer Parts and Uses with Photos

A computer is an electronic device, which executes software programs. It consists of 2 parts-hardware and software . Computer is very Important in today’s world. Millions of people use computers all over the world. At the beginning we want to let you know the basic parts of a General Computer

MONITOR:- A monitor or display  is an electronic visual display for computers. The display device in older is CRT ( Cathode Ray tube ) now modern monitors is typically a thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) thin panel, while older monitors use a cathode ray tube about as deep as the screen size.Originally computer monitors were used for data processing and television receivers for entertainment; increasingly computers are being used both for data processing and entertainment. 

SYSTEM UNIT OR CPU:- CPU or Central Process Unit which is the most important unit in Computer. CPU (a microprocessor chip)  does most of the data processing the CPU and the memory form the central part of a computer . It consist the important hardware devices like Hard disk, Ram, Motherboard, Processor, CPU Fan etc.

KEYBOARD :- Keyboard is the Input part which is the used to add or input data. In keyboard have some Function keys (F1 to F12), control, alt, and all necessary keys.


MOUSE :- Mouse is also an Input part in computer which have two keys one is Right key and another is Left key and a Scroll Key which is use scrolling up and down page.

 UPS:- An uninterruptible power supply, also uninterruptible power source, UPS or battery/flywheel backup, is an electrical apparatus that provides emergency power to a load when the input power source.

Speaker :-  Computer speakers, or multimedia speakers, are speakers external to a computer, that disable the lower fidelity built-in speaker. The standard audio connection is a 3.5 mm (approximately 1/8 inch) stereo jack plug often colour-coded lime green (following the PC 99 standard) for computer sound cards
